New 81 birth coach & Malpractices

I want to bring to notice of of dear Railway Minister Mr Laloo Prasad that Railways has incorporated coaches of 81 as compared to earstwile 72 birth coaches without taking into consideration the kind of inconvenience it leads to for passengers. It has been 2 out of last 3 times of my travel wherein i had to travel in the side middle birth recently incorporated & i had to sit down on floor as i was not able to fit in. In My latest travelling from Baroda to Bhopal via Veeraval Express on 23 oct08 my final position on chart was RAC s6 /39 & the coach was 81 birth coach.

Although the coach has 9 extra births in this case, which were vacant as the original chart prepared was on basis of 72 birth coach, the TTE refused to confirm any RAC passengers as he had sold out all the 9 extra births to loacal or such passengers who gave him ADDITIONAL MONEY.

Kindly let me know that where will a RAC passenger in 81 coach go because due to a extra middle birth he is not in a position to even sit in the side birth.

Has Railway even thought about it, There are no guidelines for these passengers as informed by that TTE to me

AND IS this not promoting Malpractices &irresponsible attitude on part of Railways.

81 birth coaches should immediately be STOPPED. Its absolutely unfair to passengers.
