Fone & broadband are not working properly

My b-fone is not working properly for last 10-12 days. Sometimes it is totally dead, sometimes very noisy, sometimes incoming only. Though I have lodged complaint 3 times, but I cannot produce the complaint numbers, as they are at my office.

My broad band also is not working properly. I can connect quickly, but after that it is running eratically, normal for 2-3 minutes and dead slow for 5-6 minutes. It is very time consuming for me to surfing the net or check my e-mail. Most of the time my modem is not blinking at all.
