Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Balasubramanya Nagarajan, D.O.B is 14th june 1970. Pan card number AASPB1511F.

I had 4 cards earlier, which i have cleared one shot all the three and the IcIci bank card infact taken excess amount from my account and closed my credit card account as i had salary account in ICICI.

I closed down my credit card as in between i was down with accident because of which i was not able to bear the aditional expenses in the form of accumulated interest on the over all credit balance.

I have clearence certificate from SBI and Citi bank, only with Standard charted bank i have paid the money and not got the clearing letter from the bank as they told me that they will send thru the post. i kept on asking them but they told they have destroyed the PDC's and closed the account.

With regard to ICICI bank i had over all balance of around 38400/- out of which i had paid 38000 thru cash towards my credit card account putting the money in the cover and submitted across the counter, before that i had clarified with bank manager also regards to same and got a assurence from the bank saying it will be taken to account on the same day as it was my due date. this was on friday. but fact of the matter is they have taken it to on monday, and in my next month billing they have put late fee, interest on the entire amount etc., for which i asked for the explanation. But they never listened to me and kept on showing additional 6000/- change as balance amount, out of that day after two month they have even deducted 4000/- from my account.

I have sent mails in this regard and personally went to ICICI bank also, but nothing happened. they told account closed thats all.

This happened 2007. all other remaining 3 bank account i closed after this experiance.

Please help me to come out of this problem, i have never applied for any card or loan after that, now when i applied for car loan thru HDFC bank for 2 lakh, and i have paid 3 lakh thru cash my report came negative.

It is really hurting me too much and dont know how to come out of this problem.

I am from a family with high moral ethics,

Please please let me know why this has happened to me, way to come out of this problem.
