Booking Ref ZQ4J4P, Yatra Ref No OAYUKZ

Mr Soumitro Banerji along with his wife Nandini Banerji and daughter Sohini Banerji travelled to Malaysia as per the Booking ref mentioned above in month of May. A refund amount of Rs. 1700/- per ticket is due from yatra for which all paper work along with refund MCR copies was couriered to Yatra New Delhi (as it was suggested by Yatra Lounge in Bangalore.). It was couriered in the name of Ms Ritika Thakur on 19th June to which the customer gets no reply. After giving enough time to Yatra and Ritika, the undersigned started a follow up with Sujit Kumar on 25th of August who assured me of getting the refund. have been regularly following up wherein I have been assured that the refund will be made as it has been given to the refund department.

Today after calling Mr Sujit who checked up with Ritika, I was told that she has not recieved the documents and to please send the same again... after voicing my opinion to Mr Sujit, I was again told that to please scan the copies of MCR and other related documents so that they can process the refund.

It is very frustrating to know that a big name like YATRA has such people employed who cannot mail back a response or refund. I will not hesitate to put this in writing to the press if the refund is not made within the next 3 days.
