Cam Bank, Mortgage Problem
We have some of our e-mails ignored/phone put down on us, Lack of comunication in good english from bank

We have a house in Valencia my 80 year old father lives there its a modern 3 bed house, We have a mortgage with Cam Bank, its a very small Cam bank branch in the mountains near Alicanti. Just over 1 year ago I lost my job in UK and Wife now on 2 day week reduced working days. We informed the bank immedeately, But for many months we had been ignored, finaly they seem to put an offer of another mortgage to give us on top of the mortgage we are already strugling with, since i lost my job i e-mailed the bank and told them that since they had not been able to make any comment/decision we would continue on the basis that we would pay the intrest on the mortgage, untill i get work again.we asked Cam bank many times, can we pay intrest only mortgage for 2 years, they have been excepting this for 3 or 4 months now, we recieved some comunication from them most of it unhelpfull, today after recieving this latest offer of MORE mortgage monies, we tried to contact them by phone, after I asked for the manager (i spoke in spanish) the phone was slamed down on me, then they refused to answer or picked the phone up and put it back down on me, I get the feeling they are playing at banking and NOT proffesional, can someone please tell me who to go to to complain and get proper help Thank You Very Much.
