Withdraw from membership

Hi,

I got into contract with Camway Holidays Ltd for 10 years by paying Rs 12878/- and was told, I can withdraw from the contract within 10 days... but the detail terms and conditions will be send trough post at my address.

Now i Didn't recieved any documents from the company in next 1.5 month and was following up regularly about the status. Documents were not delivered to my address till the date and on calling them again and again - they send the soft copy of the same on mail and i came to there are many points that were not told and are hidden charges... I called them up to withdraw and now they are telling me that you can only withdraw with in 10 days on contract...

Please advice how to get my money back from the company.
