Transanction Error in ATM Transaction on dated 10th May 09

I am an Account holder of Canara Bank of Ulhasnagar - 4, Branch, with ATM Card No. 4214 5802 1903 and account No. 55586. I went to Ulhasnagar-4, ATM for cash withdraw on 10th may 09. When I operated fast cash transaction to withdraw Rs. 4000/- and - system processed and display an error i.e transaction declained and processed print out. I have not received cash.

Later, I went to Canara Bank of Ulhasnagar-4 Branch when I checked my account, Rs.4000/- and - (Total 6000/-) had been debited of 10th May 09, which were not received by me. It was system’s error.

Here by you are requested that please check it and credit Rs.6000/- in favour of my account.
