Transaction error in ATM

Sir

I tried to withdraw Rs.500 from Canara Bank ATM located in Borivali (East) near S.T Depot Bus Stop Mumbai ATM at 8:00 pm, on 10-08 time but got the message ‘Transaction failed’. But in the mini statement which I got from the SBI ATM shows a Rs 500.00 withdrawal transaction on that date; which is not correct.

You are requested to do the needful for corrective action and credit this amount to my SBI account No 30017118842 SBI Main Branch. Yamuna Nagar. Haryana (135001)
