Canara Bank ATM Issue

My sb ac is in Hadapsar Branch, Pune. AC No is 25827. ATM Card No is 4214 5802 5900 0961. On 13/07 I have used IDBI ATM Centre, Sansane Nagar, Hadapsar to withdraw an amount of RS15000/-(Fifteen thousand RS Only). Due to some technical problem money didn't come out. But the amount hasbeen deducted from my AC. On 14-07-208 I have given a complaint to the branch manager and I have contacted on call centres of Canara Bank but of no use. Please help me to get back my money.
