ATM Transaction witheld

Herein with I am the undersigned Account holder of esteem bank having saving bank account (A/C No.0429101036844), like to lodge the complaint that on process of withdrawing cash with my Canara Bank

ATM card (No.4214580429014835) with Axis bank, R.T Nagar Branch dated 20/05/09, time 19:21, ATM ID S1AW3634, Record No.400 for Rs.7000/-(Seven Thousand only) my transaction is not processed but my account is debited with the same amount. As my available balance was Rs.9051/- after that transaction my balance shows 2051/- and the same as been reported to Axis Bank also, directing to lodge the complaint with account holder branch.

Hence I request you to consider my humble request and credit back the same amount as earliest.
