Delay in clearing cheque

I regreat to inform you that each time i deposit my cheque for clearing in my saving account, it is delayed by atleast 4-5 working days . i have my account in your shankar nagar branch delhi, but i deposited my cheque in mayur vihar branch. this is not the first time that i am facing this problem and there is no one in your branch who can give us a proper reasoning for the above and today one of your senior manager in mayur vihar phase-1 misbehaved with us and said that do what ever you want to do in this respect, i cannot do anything . so kindly do the needful and we will wait for the results. if nothing is been done, then i would be forced to take this issue to the consumer court.
