Atm tranaction not completed and my account is debited with the amount

Sir / Madam,

This is to inform I, Mrs Neha Das had done one direct transaction from Canara bank atm on 14 / 07 /

2009 at 19:00 hrs near station road kalyan. The transaction was declined & interrupted as there was a

power failure.

However in the receipt which i had received from the other atm (Indian bank) shows the amount of

Rs 5000/- as withdrawn. I did this to just check if the transaction was completed or not.

Regarding this i have already submitted a letter with enclosed receipt of Indian bank atm to manager of

Canara bank, murbad road branch. but still my account has not been credited with the amount.

Please do the needful a.s.a.p,
