To change plan

I had taken the existing connection while in service with Canara Bank Now I am retired from the Bank and hence would like to change the plan. Please now cover me under the plan AES199Talk. My phone number is 9880712674.

I want to register as a fresh user for the airlel user group to view my bill details etc through the net. I think I have forgotton my user id and the pass word. Please inform the procedure for the same.

Further a few days back I have already registered for a change in the address. My present address is 39/1 5E Aspen Garden Hesargatta Road Behind Reliance 8th Mile Bangalore 560057. Please inform whether the change is since recorded and whether my future bills would be posted tome in the changed address.
