CANARA BANK/ CANCARD
Unable to use credit card

I have a credit card no. xxxxxxxxxxxx4006 issued by Canarabank in November. My value limit is Rs 50000.00 but so far I am unable to use it when I need it. Except few occassion every time it get rejected. I contacted the issuing branch of Canara Bank at Noamundi (Jharkhand), and Bangalore main branch to find the reason.. Even after registering my complaint for last eight months, no solution has come up
