Not providing the sanctioned loan amount for this year

Respected Sir,

I have applied for the education loan (Rs 2, 50, 000) at Canara bank modakkurichi in the year 2007. behind my request they have also sanctioned it. I received the loan amount (Rs 50, 000 per annum) for past two years. I'm getting Rs 35, 000 for the odd semester and Rs 15, 000 for even semester. This year they sanctioned only around Rs 17, 500 due to some reasons. please enquire about this and reply soon
