Non issue of renewed cancard

Dear sir,

I have been issued cancard no.4543 6301 8398 3006 which is expiring on 31/12. But till date I have not been issued renewed card. I have enquired from Senior Manager of Ajmer main branch from where I had received the card. But they have denied having received renewed card. Since I have been shifted to AIROLI NAVI MUMBAI, I want my card to be issued on the changed address. which is given below. Please not I was ex employee of canara bank and taken the VRS.Kindly arrange to send me renewed card or cancel my cancard. Please inform me the status immediately.
