I had purchased a Woolen Sweater from your Raj Readymade Palace 50, Bapu Bazar, Udaipur Outlet in RAJASTHAN. The details of my purchase are as follows :

After purchasing I had worn it twice & Rashes had occurred on arms. So I went to outlet & discussed with the outlet owner, but he didn’t gave me any satisfactory reply. Than I talked to one of your company employee Mr. Sanjeev Shrivastav on Mobile Nos : 09313963252 & land line numbers : 011-27156382 (O) at New Delhi Office even though he didn’t clarify me any thing and refused to change the sweater. Even I had not washed the sweater till date.

Copy of Bill & Photographs of the sweater are attached with this mail. On part of such a big brand company it is not justified at your end.

I hope that an exchange or a refund will be expedited to protect our opinion of CANTA BILL. A quick response to the same will be highly appreciated.
