High Rate of Interest

Hi,

I am a Personal loan holder, when i was called for Personal Loan & fixed the rate of interest at 18% from HSBC person, but when I signed all the papers the bank person again called me & told me it can not be possible less than 21%,

as I was decided & planned for that I took the loan without any way. This is a bad experience with HSBC.
