Regarding KSRTC Bus Serice Complaint

Hi,

I am Arif Hussain. I made a travel from OOTY to BANGALORE on 24-03 through Rajahamsa Executive bus at 10:10 PM. I made an online booking and carried the Xeroxed driving License as a proof. The conductor argued that the Xeroxed ones are not acceptable. If that is the case, then the KSRTC should not admitted me from Bangalore to Ooty on 21-03 at 21:30 PM bus .because I had the same Driving License.

I have already made frequent trips through Trains and Buses with this Driving License only. But never had faced such a commotion.

The conductor made a huge mess and he spoked very rudely. The other passengers insisted that paying Rs 100 or so to that hassle conductor would solve the problem and he would remain quiet. But I really don’t want to bribe, that conductor who cruelly insulted us. I would not entertain to bribe. Unfortunately I did not notice the name of the conductor.

We came from good family background and it was really intolerable for us. He did not allow us to board the bus. He requested us to bye the ticket. So that I will allow you to travel. So I decided that I shall once again buy 2 tickets from Ooty to Bangalore through Rajahamsa Executive @ 10:10 PM of Rs. 230 each (ie. Rs. 460). Already I made an online payment of Rs. 504. So for one travel from Ooty to Bangalore. I have to incur Rs. 964 for 2 tickets. Is this just with me sir? If you agree with this, then no problem. If no go deep into this matter do the needful to give justice to me.
