Not received epf slip for the year 2008 & 2009

Hello Sir,

I working for CAPITA INDIA for the last three years. My EPF A/C NO. MH/THN298/0200.

I received slip for the year 2007. I asked every year for the slip but the company, our seniors replied that "Don't worry sir, no can taken your amt. But i want slip for our records.

Provide me any telephone no.

Pls guide me.
