Capital Foods- Chings's HAKKA Noodles
Rotten smell to Hakka Noodles

I have purchased two packs of "HAKKA Veg Noodles" from district shopping center in Gandhinagar (Gujarat)

Both the packs are manufactured in MAY 09, with batch No. V04E09HV01.

One of the pack has written 15:05:12 C & on another pack 15:05:11 C.

The pack on which 15:05:12 C was written, when opened, was having rotten smell. A black colour (fungus) is also seen on the noodles. And interestingly the second pack with same batch no. (on which 15:05:11 C was written) was found with regular quality.

I have sent an email to "customercare@capitalfoods.co.in" on 9th Sep 09. But no one has responded to my email.

Shall I seek help of Food & Drug authority or a consumer court?
