Insect Found in soup Packet

Hello,

I, Miss Shirin Ara, would like to bring to your notice that i had brought a "Hot n Sour Chicken Soup" packet from Shoprite Hyper Mall, Mulund (W), having batch No CF15L0801 & Mfg Date Dec'08. While preparing the soup I found an insect in the soup powder. I made a complaint in Capital Foods customer care no (Ph No : 022 - 26766201) and they have taken this issue lightly.

The customer care executive "Miss Shruti" asked me to hand over the packet & insect and in return offered me a Gift Hamper of the company.

Hence, I would like to take further action against the company as finding an insect in a Food Processing Unit is a voilation of the license obtained by the company and they are not taking the necessary steps required for a Food Processing Unit.
