I started using Capital Outsourcing & Management Services, New Delhi (Mr. Harish) for my driver requirement, they used to take advance salary of the Driver from me and they assured police verified and qualified Drivers, also assured immediate replacement for attrition due to any reason. after started using their service, few months later, we observed that the driver provided by them is a alcahol adict and request for a replacement. till this date have not got the replacement nor the the advance took by them. Every time they are telling some silly stories for not providing the service.
