My Car (Maruti Swift) was parked in the car park area in Bandra Kurla complex opp ICICI Bank. The car was banged and damaged by another car (Tata Manza) Car No: MH 06 AW 2465.

The car owner was speaking over the cell phone while driving which was also acknowledged by the car park, caretakers.

The owner of the above car ran away after the accident. The owner should be punished on account of talking over phone while driving (could have caused injury to others) and runing away from the site after damaging vehicle of others.

I have registered a complaint in Kherwadi police station on the damage, Complaint No: TAR 288/10
