Terrible Service, False promises, No settlement of Claims

Below is what I wrote to the director of the company and didnt receive any response on. I have now decided to go to consumer court even if it costs me more money.
Dear Mr. Gupta,
(Director/Owner of Caravan packers and movers)
I have been trying to get in touch with you for the past 2 weeks but unfortunately it seems that you sit behind a well guarded fortress. I am writing this email as the last resort before I go to consumer court.
I had dispatched my household material from Mumbai to Delhi on 28th August vide consignment no. 16343.
The following were the commitments made by your executives:
Subsequently was supposed to receive the material on Wednesday the 1st of September in Delhi as per commitment made by your sales executive Mr. Binod and then by your operations manager Mr. Badal Mishra. The material shall be transported in the same covered container (MH-43-****) as the material was loaded in and delivery also shall be made in the same container. I needed to pay 80% at time of loading and 20% at time of unloading The sales executive Mr. Binod shall be available at all times for any concerns etc. All material shall be delivered and installed at my home in Delhi safe and sound.
Now the following is what has happened in the same order
We stayed in a hotel at our cost for 3 extra days before finally receiving the truckload at MIDNIGHT on September 5. During this entire time (4 DAYS!!!) your executive in Delhi Mr. Deepak kept assuring us that the truck had already departed and it would reach in 2-3 hrs. When the truck arrived all people who were on it were drunk including the driver and started demanding extra money while badmouthing us in the middle of the night. The material was in a different container as it was loaded in and was mostly wet and damaged beyond repair In spite of the assurance by Binod and Mr. Arvind at your Bombay office, the Delhi office refused to send the truck before we came ourselves to Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar and deposit the remaining money, a mere 6, 000 rupees for my total material which is worth more than Rs. 5 lakhs. Mr. Binod hasn’t answered any of my phone calls from the time the money was paid in Bombay. The one time he picked up his phone from another no. he clearly told me it is not his problem and that I can contact you directly for any assistance. Most of my material is damaged beyond repair and many articles have been misplaced altogether (including a dining table – How can a large article like a dining table be misplaced?). Nobody from your office wants to help us locate the missing objects.
As I write this email, I am utterly disappointed by your services and especially so because of your lying executives. We have been mentally harassed during this experience and wish to move the consumer court in Delhi/Mumbai for a fair redressal of the trauma caused to me and my family
