Missing of item, non settlement of claim

I moved household from PEN near Mumbai to Patratu near Ranchi through consignment No: 505657 dated 8/08/08, The material is delivered finally on 11/09/08 after morethan one moth in spite of continuous followup with M/S Caravan packers without part No: 4. Since then I am following up with them for the missing part, neither thay are delivering the missing part nor settlement of claim. Thaey are not responding at all though I have paid for the full load of consignment & missing of part is due to the consignment is delivered along with other consignment. please settle the claim.
