BIG CHEATERS

We got into their trap through Just Dial services. All big promises were made - a closed dedicated container, delivery in 72 hours from Delhi to Mumbai/Bombay, highly professional and safe packing etc. etc. All fraud. They rather smuggle commercial goods without paying toll tax/interstate tax etc. That's happened with us. Our goods were loaded in a closed dedicated lorry. Delayed for 6 days. Nobody told the real picture - everyday it was false assurance given. Finally after police complaint we found our goods in a truck already loaded with steel rods.

They are big Cheaters. Their Manager Jinu John and Owners Rajeev Gupta and Saurabh Gupta are involved in this kind of unethical and unfair trade practices. They load your goods in a dedicated closed truck from your door, unload and reload the same in a shared open truck carrying some commercial goods. Never pay them in advance.

Moreover, they don't give anything in writing - so you don't have any legal proof against them. That's what happened with me. I have filed a complaint in police, a case against them in consumer court and haven't paid them the balance amount. Let's expose them in public.
