Caravan Packers and Movers- Very worst

Hi All,

Please do not select Caravan Packers and movers. Customer service is very poor. You will not receive any proper information from them. I have transfered my goods from Delhi to Bangalore. They have promised me 6 days for delivery but they took 9 days. It caused lots of inconvenience for me.

There is damage in alomost every products like TV, Fridge, Inverter battery, Tables, My Bike. I have registered a complaint for this. But there is no response from them for more than a month.

Please go for some better one.

Caravan &- VERY VERY WORST SERVICE. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE PERSONS WORKING THERE. MR. ASHOK AGARWAL CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER IN BANGALORE IS ALSO VERY IRRESPOSIBLE. AFTER THEY GET THEIR PAYMENT, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND YOU PROPERLY.
