I shifted from hyderabad to new delhi on 03/10 and caravan packers and movers delivered my household goods on 10/10 out of which 40% was broken. I took the insurance coverage from and already sent mails regarding claims to them and still not getting the claims. They are calling me and asking to pay them some bribe to get my claim and someone by the name of Piyush says that he'll not proceed my case as he do not have time for it and wants some pocket money. Kindly help me please as I am a salaried person and my household goods were bought from my hard earn money. Kindly help.
