Non payment of damage dues, sub standard service, not providing ISO certification no./detail

I, Dr.ankur ahuja, had availed services of Caravan packers n movers for household shifting friom New delhi to Chandigarh on 3/5/09 on payment of Rs.14500 at onset and rest RS.4840 was paid even before unloading of our goods on 4/5/09.this included 2% comprehensive insurance (insured amount -Rs 217000). Packing done was not as promised by their marketing officer, Mr. chauhan and as mentione in their booklet.we brought this into their notice.

unloading was done by untrained labourers hired in front of us.all this lead to damage to our goods and incovienience and distress to us.we again informed this to local incharge Mr. kapil.we also handed over a list of damaged goods to mr jai veer pornia who was present from the company on 4/5/09.inspite of my repeated communications with Mr. kapil at chandigarh and Mr. Wilson, manager, claims nothing was done.

As my fridge door hinge was damage, i couldn't use it and they were not getting it repired inspite of repeated assurances, i got it repaired from authorised whirlpool service center. i had emiled thhe copy of same and other details regaring the amount needed for repair on 22/5/09.mr wilson kept changing his stance between getting things repaired and paying for damages.

Finally, on 2/6/09, after nearlly a month they got some of my stuff repared.but they have refused to pay for broken glassware and still not paid the repai charges of the fridge i got repaired, inspite of repeated assurances.

my next issue is that they claim to be ISO 9001:2000 certified but Mr. wilson has trefused th give me the no./details of the same.i want to know if i am entitled to the same.i want to put up a complaint regarding the substandard service.i hired them on basis that ISO certifies quality, .i feel cheated.
