Defaulter classification

Dear Sir,

cibil has classified me as a defaulter on the complaint of citibank though i'm not having any credit cards from any bank.

for the Past three years, I'm woorking with Murugappa groups in chennai and I have applied for the Personal Loan in HDFC Bank on 21.07.09, bank has cancelled my loan due to the reason of balance payment was not settled with CITI bank-credit card. So far I'm not having any credit cards from any bank .but how can CITI bank can arise this issue.
