Hi,

I had subscribe the car helpline service from company name smile car. On dated 05th Feb i was on the way of my home around 10 pm. Around going half kilometer from my office my tyres get punctured. I immediately called Smile car helpline. They told me they are sending helpline in 1.5 hour, i object for the same, then he told mme that they will send the helpline in 30 min but thereafter they didin't even picked the phone..
