Delay in getting car loan

Sir, I am working in A Govt.of India PSU and posted in Kochi. I am having my own house in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai and my family is staying there. I am having my salary A/C in SBT, Udhyogamandal, Kochi and joint A/C in SBI, Sector -10, New Panvel. I want to purchase a new car for my family in Panvel. When I approched SBT, Udl it was told by the branch manager that they can't give car loan to me as I am purchasing the vehicle in Navi Mumbai. When I approched SBI, Panvel they informed that since you are working out side Mumbai it will take time for getting sanction. I have submitted all the required documents which is more than sufficent for a Govt employe. I am surprised to see that even after more than a month there is no response. Several telephone calls I have made from Kochi to Mumbai office (Ph No 022-32194711) every time recorded cassett type reply given to me "YOUR FILE WE HAVE SENT TO KOCHI SBI HEAD OFFICE FOR SERVICE VERIFICATION". Every time I requested them please give me your Kochi head office address OR telephone No so that I can make follow up with them to complete the verification job. I request to intervin in to the matter in and please feedback the status.
