About claim of accidental loss

Dear sir / madam

ihave not recieved the policy papers.

I have submitted my car for claim coverage

it was cash less Insurance policy . your surveyer is not giving proper claim. garage woner promised me to do this on 15 march. after this he is giving me my vehicle on 18 march but vehicle is not in satisfactory condition.the garage owner sasys that surveyer is not accepting the damage.
