Citibank endlessly is including fradulant charges in my statement and on request fior reversal have levied Rs.100 more saying it is an invalid request. they do not reflect my paid dues and are charging me and harassing me by thier callous attitude and are cheating me of my hard earned money and have issued a card without my permission...
