Vehicle delivery time not adhered to by deale

I have booked a Linea 1.3MJD (Flemingo Red) from Telmos Automobiles to be purchased from CSD. The booking amount Rs.15000 was delivered to them on 17.7.10 and DD of Rs798675 in favor of Canteen Services Defense delivered to them on 23.7.10.

The vehicle was promised to be delivered to me by 08.08.10.

On 29.7.10 Mr Kukreja from Telmos contacted me and told me that since prices of cars will increase from Aug 10 it would be advisable to book car on date.

I agreed to the same and was promised that the car would be delivered by 08.08.10 to me.

On 03.8.10 I inquired about the car from Telmos only to be told that the trawler bringing the car from Pune had broken down near Rajasthan border and the car delivery would be late.

On date I have been calling Telmos Automobiles daily but there has been no clear answer from them either on the whereabouts of the trawler or the date of delivery of the vehicle.

It seems to me that the said vehicle has been sold to some other customer at a premium because of its demand for color as Telmos is giving me evasive answers.

I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and resolve the issue.
