This is to reference to your phone call made to me on Oct. 28th at 10.34am from

Phoning advocate having phone number 9818852442! Has directed me to the settle

The card payment form the date card bill last paid or I have faced the trial in the court.

This is very surprising that is this way to handle the case or handled by so call advocates.

Now SBI woke up after 2year for payment and negotiation with threaten and consequences? I had made the proposal for settlement on 2007 and paid some your honest executives for settlement letter till now he did not come back and no action taken. This seems to be wrong full practice of bank to fetch maximum money from general public who have no idea of system. Do you think? You are govt. bank and you can do what ever fill you can do! When I requested for settlement why your bank is fail to appear and settled the issue. Now made things more complicated rather solving the issue that time I PROMISED TO THE SETTEL AMOUNT NOW AND THAT ALSO. But now your bank advocate threatened me so I will settled the in court the amount which was actual on the day of card blocked by your bank for this no interest or penalty will paid (as I am already offered for settlement to bank earlier).

Further I requested that if any body private or agent calls on my phone expect direct banker with code will be taken as threaten for this action will be taken under IPC.

NOTE:- If you like to settle original amount to minimum by installments (18) because right now Iam not in position to pay you whole at time that is welcomed or else you can get through your so called advocate thru court of law.

Payment of part/ token settlement to amount out off Rs 30000.00 (thirty thousand) to your bank on the last bill amount provide by bank through E-MAIL .All as below for your information.

1. Bill date (thru email.) 5/10 agents card no.0004006661014153246

2. Bill amount Rs. 57642.23 as on 05/10/006 including EMI.

3. Token/ settlements amount Rs.2500 (twenty five hundred) again simultaneously Rs. 2000.00 (two thousand) paid for further on request on 20th. December thru chq. No70999. UBI to you executives.

4. Slip no. 6052698/ DATED 20/10/06 Book No. 121054, agency CCI

Executives Name MAHESH . Due amount as 57633.00 dated 21/10/06

So, this request that how all agent who are working for are dishonest and geared up there income through wrong practice for some commotion and more specifically told. We are shifting this month. This shows of attitude of banker who is totally disabled and for them
