Free goods covered under warranty not replaced

I bought Lenovo laptop of inital model from Care. With laptop, companyprovided me free gift of Blutooth. Bluetooth was nevere in wrokign condition from the date it was being purchased.

Within 1 yr of warrantly period I did approached the company to replace the bluetooth because of non working condition.

Company refused to replace the same saying that free goods are not covered. I believe this company has absorbed the worst staff... who do not bother tolisten their customers
