Unpaid Salary and incentives

I was working as a Branch Head from Sept at Rajkot location. Company has not paid my salary of December and January as well incentive of year 2008 and which is 5% of the total business generated in the year.i also have spend Rs.2595 against branch expenses, as they have not send me petty cash after ovember 2009.which was suppose to be send every month, to pay misc.expenses.
