Not getting my pf

I the undersingned mr sushil masal have been working with the co careeravenues india pvt ltd from 21/05 till 9/01, i had filled up my pf form and handed it to our head office, now when i have asked them wheather they have submitted my form thr director is refusing to pay my pf, saying than i had not given him a notice period but the reason is i had informed them about it and they forced me to leave the organisation and after one month giving the reason by saying taht i did not give a notice period.

what can be done about this? need your guidance
