The packet delivered to wrong address

On 16/9/08, we had sent an important document to our staff Mr. W Anjum, c/o Mr. P K Minz, Lohardaga Gumla Road, Near DAV, School, Dunduria, Gumla vide Consignment Note No. U20183839 (as per the maual slip) handed over to us. When Mr. Anjum informed us regarding non-receipt of the document, we followed up with your local office who confirmed that the consignment was delivered. We requested for the document shipt tracking from your office. On reviewing the document we noticed that Origin (Ranchi) was mentioned correctly however destination was mentioned as Gounderpalam wrong destination. In spite of repeated request with the local office at Ranchi no action is taken to return the document. This is an important document and we need the document back urgently. Please take necessary action to trace the document and return us the same at the earliest.
