Careless work( election office delhi)
Not recieved voter cards

Dear Sir,

This is second timeWe have applied last 2, month back (september) with my family six members in my home but surprised we have yet time not recieved my election voter cards this very careless work of election department I met to concern person which submitted my form there office where submiet form i told him i have not got our voter I cards he told me had be missing your form bunch & dispoiled so i request to you sir please look this matter careful & give immidiate order to officer make immidiatly our voter identity cards i will be great ful you take this my request prority note below my same address which applied for Voter Card (address-banglow plot-d-10 flat no -5 second floor pandav nagar delhi-92 near mother diary all the formalities have been completed in Sept'08.
