Poor service and non commitment

Care is a group which promised to provide maintance service in form of an annual contract on some heavy charges. they provide services to AC, computer, Plumbing, etc. They promised to offer services at earlist but despite my several phone calls there was no response frm there side. they give long dates and on the desired date there is no show from there side, adding to frustration and agony. i booked for ac service on 3 occasion and the care group gave me long dates. i waited for there enginneer to come, but there was no show. only false promises. i initally booked on 15th march n was promised ac service on 23th, then on 28th and finally on 3rd april. now i m writing this after there is no show on third occasion as wel. i would now like to get full refund for deficiency of services, and would like to send legal notice if my complaint not adreesed to.
