Car Insurance from all the Insurance Companies
Fussy conditions in coverage

Dear Sir,

While taking car Insurance from any company, the companies are telling very well in advance that the plastic parts and the front and back hood of the car will not be covered under complete insurance and only 50% or some part of the claimed amount will be reembursed if claims are made for such parts.

Now my question is that whenever any accident occurs these are the main parts of any car which gets damaged and if companies are escaping from covering these parts under Insurance than it is something very illogical and wrong. What is the law regarding the same, and why it is so?

My car Insurance is already due and I want this explaination for the same.

Earlier also I lodged a complaint in this site but I didn't get any reply, if this site is just for lodging complaints then why is it opened?

Kindly reply, or the customer like me will have to complaint against the site.
