No fear game

Dear Sirs/Madam,

How come Generali in Romania doesn't play a fear game with there clients! Mine car is totally damaged, they just want to pay around 65 % and I can keep the broken car, in the contract it’s written that I can choose if I want to keep the damaged car or not! But here they force me to take the car? Is this normal at generali?
