Illegal working

I am customer of icici, having taxi car loan account no.lajaioooo8284598, in april my father died, and at the same time the same vehicle took accident, due to whiich i was unable to deposit the instalment amount.in june 22, i deposit rs.13000 in this account.on 27 july i fill bank slip written corroct emi but write wrong account no. and again deposit rs.13000, but it go in wrong account, on 5 august rs 7965 clear through ecs.after this on 13 august icici bank illegaly repossesed my vehicle, without giving me any nottice. according tohigh court it is illegal to repossesed the vehicle in this manner... help me purushottam khandelwal
