Non clearance of cheque

Dear sir/madam,

Subject: Non Clearance of Car Loan Part payment Cheque issued.

Ref : 1) My Car loan A/C No. 30138429882

2) ICICI Bank Cheque No. 212536 dtd. 04.03.07 for Rs.50, 000/-

3) My ICICI Bank A/c No. 015101028203

I had issued a chque payment amounting to Rs.50, 000/- vide my personal ICICI bank cheque # 212536 dtd. 04.03.08 towards part payment agianst SBI Car loan account no.30138429882 on 4th March at SBI bank, Nerul (west) Branch Code No. 5087.

I came to know from the account statement that the said amount has not been credited to my account yet. However, the amount of Rs. 50, 000/- has been debited from my ICICI bank Savings account against above mentioned cheque on 7th March.

You are requested to look into this matter and arrange to get the money credited my account as early as possible. I am really worried because the cheque was presented more than 2 and a 1/2 months back and the amount is still not credited to my car loan account. When I approched the branch in this matter, Mr. Sonwane the acting manager is not seriously responding to my complaints at all.

Please please look into the matter on priority.
