we have given a letter to the branch mentioning the incident and the letter was received by your executive abhijit samanta on 21.07.08 with an assurance that we will get the n.o.c till now nt received . so kindly arrange that .since he is the only son and no one in his house except his mother and wife and father so i wrote this letter.
