Egarding two insttalments

I had taken a loan against old car for which ecs papers were given to the bank but your bank"s code did not match with my bank resulting which two EMI"s could not be drawn by ECS.I had got sufficient balance in my a/c for which I can show my bank statement. After this a new ECS form was sent to your bank from which regular payments are being made. Now your calling persons are harassing on phone to deposit late ECS charges. It is not my fault. hence it is requested to kindly wave off those charges
