We have taken a loan (Loan No.: 66LA33515909) from Bank of Punjab for car loan (Date of disbursment: - 19/02). We have paid all the installment till date but bank is showning an outstanding amount of Rs 4265/- for dated 10/09 but the respective amount has been debited from my bank (Union bank of India, Sri Ganganargar) account on 10/09. We had complaint regarding this to bank of Punjab with my Union bank statment and they had credited the amount on dated 02/05. We request the bank that we will pay the balance loan amount in advance for NOC but on dated 07/10 bank has sent a statement showing Rs 4265/- over due installment, Rs 2085/ - L.P.P. Charges & Rs 301/- interest for the month charge. Since 2007 we had requested number of times to the bank that please rectify this statement sent by bank but they are not able to provide the accurate loan statement & also saying that you need to go to Abhor in Punjab to get this details. But when we went to Abhor, they said that we have emailed your request to respective branch and we will only answer your query once we receive the response. We have request number of times with Abhor branch and Sri Ganganagar branch but didn't get any response from them. We are getting harrsed by both the branch from last one & half year. You are requested to please look into this matter and resolve this issue on priority basis.
